Big Lots Complaint - Poor Customer Service
BEND, OREGON -- Paid for a Simmons leather rocker recliner on December 23, 2010 on the assurance of the department manager that it would be instock on January 7, 2011. Got a call on January 4, 2011 notifying me that the order was delayed but it would be here on January 13, 2011 - wrong again.
Still no chair and no chair in sight - the store manager is a jerk and has NO empathy for my loss, has made no attempt to provide me with any satisfaction or alternate product.
While Simmons may be the reason the chair isn't being delivered, it is Big Lots responsibility to get my purchase to me in a timely manner.
