T-Mobile Complaint - Customer Service
Today, I have had one of the worst experiences ever with t mobile, and I have been a loyal customer for 8 years and after todays incident, i think I may be switching phone companies.
I called this morning customer service and was going to inquire about a billing matter when I got the message you may experience EXTEREMLY LONG WAIT TIMES to speak to a representative. I waited almost a half hour the first time then got frustrated and hung up thinking maybe its just busy.
Then I called an hour later and got the same result that they had extremely long wait times to speak to customer service so again I waited a half an hour still couldn't get through.
An hour or so after that I tried again and again the same result.
And again earlier this evening I tried again with the same results as listed above.
Then I made one more attempt about a half hour ago at 1130pm est and still extremely long wait times.
Then to add insult to injury at 12 mid I tried again thinking maybe its slower now then got a message saying that you have reached us after hours. Try again at 6am est.
After an entire day of trying to reach t mobile customer service this happens.
Its either a problem with the lines today at customer service, or they just deliberatly decided not too take any more calls or any calls today.
If t mobile says they are ranked 1st in customer service, why didn't they pick up eventually or at least worked OT and took the calls.
I have never been more insulted or angry with a company in my life. This is totally unacceptiable. If you need to cancel your service upgrade have a billing problem HOW CAN you CHAT WITH THEM WHEN THEY HAVE PROBLEMS ANSWERING THE PHONE OR HAVE VERY LONG WAIT TIMES BEFORE REACHING SOMEONE. NOT GOOD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MIGHT SCARE ANY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS AWAY OR MAKE PRESENT CUSTOMERS SWITCH THEIR CELL PHONE PROVIDERS which after today I may just end up doing.
Its not worth the hassle to have t mobile if they can't answer the phone or always have extremely long wait times to speak to someone or never end up speaking to someone.
