Lajolla Resort Complaint - La Jolla Resort - Time Share At Mazatlan Mexico

Review by el osso on 2011-01-17
MAZATLAN SINLOA MEXICO -- If you go to Mazatlan Mexico be careful do not attend to a tour at Resourt La jolla; they sure spend your whole day trying to sell you a false promise. I buy and find out that is a big fraud. I place a complain tru the Mexican authorities PROFECO before the third day of buying, and I been waiting 18 months for the return of my 7,00.00 dlls. with no results.

Mazataln is beautiful but; but that kind of sales crooks are sending USA message to not go back.

Mexican authorities must do somehing about them.

How did you find out, the time share you purchased if a big fraud? What makes it fraud?

Do the rules of being able to rescind on a deal, before 3 days apply in Mexico? Seems since it's a different country, they have different rules.

Good luck, hope you can get back your $70,000 dollars. Buyer beware.

Thanks for sharing your experience, but it would really be helpful if you let others know what the fraud is.

Thanks!

Just like La Jolla, there are a lot of scammers resorts that only want to make you spend your money with them. People must be carefull and avoid timeshare presentations. Is important to make noise about the scammer resorts: http://www.timesharescam.com/timeshare-complaints-resorts-black-list/2-villa-del-palmar-timeshare-complaints/
