NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA -- I agree with the other review I read about this company. unfortunately, I read the review too late. I already sent my old phone. I have emailed the company several times regarding the payment for my old phone and it has been more than 2 mons and I haven't received any payment. also, there is no phone number on their website which you can call, only email address. I got 2-3 emails from the company regarding the receipt of my old and the offer but when I inquired many times for the check payment they stopped sending email. I think this company is a scam. I do not recommend this company. even if I received the payment for my phone I still will not recommend this company. look for different company where you can send your old phone. I hope some actions should be taken against this company and charge this company of fraudulence.
