Lane Furniture Complaint - Lane Recliner
We spent nearly $700 for a Lane Recliner 2 years ago. The store we purchased it at was a very well known business in our area and guaranteed replacement if we had any problems with it. After many many years in business the poor economy forced that store to close 45 days after the purchase. The recliner has been repaired 3 times in the last 2 years. The 1st time it needed repair it was under warranty. My husband repaired it the 2nd time rather then paying a service call for labor. We just repaired it the 3rd time by totaling replacing the mechanism that Lane sent to us (minus the bolts which we had to buy ourselves). The next time it needs repair it's going out the door and into the dumpster. I will not purchase Lane Furniture again.
