Swordsswords.com Complaint - Poor Product Return Policy
My wife purchased a sword for my son before Christmas. When he opened his gift it would not come out of the hilt. The sword was stuck. He finally got it out but the handle came off. It appears a bolt that holds the handle to the sword unscrewed. Because the handle is molded plastic it can not be put back together without cutting the handle. I telephoned the company three times and never got through to a live person. I finally sent an e-mail and was advised I was over the 72 hour return policy. They could not advise about repairs because they buy them from China. So if you buy from this company check the product right away. If there is a problem call and e-mail that day of delivery and maybe you can get a refund or a replacement. I won't do business with them again.
