Blueberry Babies Complaint - Unsuitable Replacements at the last moment...

I placed an order with tis company for my nephew's 1st birthday present a month in advance. It was supposed to be a gift assortment placed inside a Radio-Flyer wagon. One day before his birthday, I sent an e-mail to the company asking if the goft had been sent yet, they e-mailed me back, stating that they don't have any wagons, but they'd like to offer me a "beautiful nesting box" instead. I'm so peaved that they waited til the VERY last minute to tell me they didn't have the wagon, leaving me no opportunity to purchase a gift elsewhere. A nesting box for a 1-year old, what fun! They seem to feel that they've done me some sort of favor. I feel like I've been ripped off, that they showed absolutely no courtesy by notifying me sooner and could care less what they send anyone once they've got your money. Buyer Beware!!

That is wrong. They should have notified you. You should not have had to call them. You should be given an apology at least!
