Verizon Wireless Complaint - The worst customer service and all cheat and cheap on the planet
I have got Verizon through Amazon wireless, and have returned the phone back to Amazon and I was issued a refund, but now the Verizon customer service is the biggest problem, they are ditching and tricking me for not taking me out of the contract, so I had Amazon on three way to talk to Verizon customer service, Ms. Shannon, and she got a UPS tracking number for proof that the phone has been returned, and now she said to me, that you are out of the contract, I called back later on to confirm, and I was still in the contract, they said that, they can not take the contract off, they have no common sense, or I should say, they like to give you hard time for no reason, they really need a lawsuit, and then their personal issues would be fixed. I wasted more than two hours, but no help, I got bad headache because of this harassment, so I had to cancel the service and went back to AT&T, I advise everyone out there, don't go to Verizon, they are liar, cheater, will do anything to trap you and get you stuck in something that you don't want. Third class customer service base on lie, and dishonest with customers.
