Calendars.com Complaint - Extremely poor experience
I ordered a calendar on 1/6/11 in response to an email I received offering 30% off. My order confirmation stated the item was in stock and I paid via PayPal. I was to receive another email when the calendar was shipped. Since I didn't hear anything I sent an email on 1/11/11 requesting an update. On 1/14/11 I received an email stating that the item I ordered wasn't in stock and that I won't be receiving it. They also said that I wasn't charged-which of course wasn't true because PayPal debits your account immediately. They offered me the opportunity to purchase something else at a savings of 20% off. How very generous of them. At this point I'm awaiting a refund (and an apology). I ordered the calendar via Amazon at an additional savings of $5.00. I usually order calendars from Calendars.com every year but never again.
