Fingerhut Complaint - Bad Customer Service
Complaint
I bought a amp and speaker combination. They said it would be delivered to my house since I live in a town with no postal service. I was checking my status and they sent it to the post office even after they promised it was going to my house. Called customer service the are rude and a bunch of morons. I will never ever deal with Fingerhut again. They are a bunch of liars I won't fell sorry at all if Fingerhut went out of business there prices are to high.
One thing they fail to remember is that if it isn't for consumers like us then there's no need for them.
I HOPE FINERHUT GOES BROKEN LIARS AND THIEVES.

There is small town about 30 minutes from me that has no postal service. I think its because there are no street addresses--er, I should say, the houses in that city are not numbered. The residents all have P.O boxes at the post office.
