This card is pushed heavily by Harvey Norman and Domayne Australia. The head office is in queensland but you will never get one of them- they have off shore customer service. I was aware of their astronomical charges due to my sister's misfortune with them- she owes double what she borrowed for a car that is broken down in her back yard and can't afford to fix it for the huge repayments with GE.
I asked for my credit limit to be dropped 15 months ago and now that I want to raise my limit back to what it was, even though my circumstances have improved, the company says no but refuses to discuss the "criteria".
I kid you not I have an excellent credit rating but this company is such a hassle- I even had a bill due on Christmas day and so got billed nearly $50 in late & interest fees for paying 6 days later.
