I ordered an item as a gift online and Gap sent me the wrong color. I called them to make sure they would send me the right one in a timely manner as the order took a long time to arrive. They say they would fix it and they would send the order via Fedex. The order arrived 10 days later via regular mail with the wrong color again. When I called them they refused to replace the item in a timely manner--as they would have needed to use Fedex for sure this time. They should have fixed the problem since they made the mistake twice. I had to give the gift in the wrong color, but that is not what I wanted or what I paid for. I will not be ordering from Gap again since they are not reliable like other companies such as Land's End. Thank goodness I don't have to wear their logo on me and I gave the item away.

Unfortunately, Gap Inc SOLELY works with UPS and to do overnight shipping, there would bean additional cost. Although, I don't understand where the glitch in the system derived from. For future reference, I would suggest having online do a merchandise locator to the nearest store, place it on hold or do a charge send (have the item shipped to you) free of charge.
