Gold's Gym International, Inc Complaint - Membership cancellation

ARLINGTON -- I used to be a member of gold gym the one which is located in Arlington VA south gleeb rd, the manager told me that they had no contract program. Since I move from place to place I chose to sigh up for no contract program and I paid 60 something dollars for the first and last month cancellation fees. Finally, what happen was I called to their office because they were charging me after I let them knew as I cancelled my membership vie phone. So they took money from my account for two month without any service. When I figured out this thing I went to the gym told them what happened n they told me I had to fill out a form to cancel my membership. I did as he told me and went home. When I check my account again they are still charging me. when I spoke wit one of the guy who work over there he told me they r going to charge me for one more month. Imagine when I sigh up they told me the money that I paid first is for the last month cancellation. WHAT I would like to share my experience is if you sign up contract with gold gym make sure you take the first agreement receipt. I used to be a member of Sport and health club member they have awesome service than gold gym. the guy who will assist you to sigh up at the location of south glee b rd Arlington VA is friendly when you sigh up and will become devil when you cancel your membership.
