Cape Ann Audio Complaint - Asked a product related question and instead was BLOCKED!

Earlier today I saw that Cape Ann Audio was selling 1570 Rotel received and notated that it comes with 1.4 HDMI switching where the actual Rotel website is still showing 1.3. So I thought I'd ask the details to which I got this reposnse:
"Most Rotel fans know where to look, but.........since a history of the feedback you've left for sellers indicates an anti-seller disposition, we suggest you shop elsewhere for this. eBay has blocked you from bidding on our items."
I was nice enough to write them back and ask them nicely why they are being rude and that they probably confused me with someone because my feedback is excellent and I have been eBayer (both seller and buyer) for over 10 years with 100% positive feedback! And here is what I got back from them:
""I have been eBay member since 2000 and have 100% feedback". Really? As ANY eBay agent will tell you, THAT is a meaningless statement, since ALL 'buyers' have 100% positive feedback. Now, in case you didn't know, EVERY word you've EVER left for your fellow ebayers is available for PUBLIC viewing on eBay. no need to try to recall what you've said, just LOOK IT UP. just click on that number next to your name (currently '214'), and then click the tab that says 'FEEDBACK LEFT FOR OTHERS'. And, please, do not contact us again."
Be aware of this seller and DO NOT do business with them. It seems that I'm note the only one that was treated this way by this seller.
Seller like this should be doing business ON THE STREET! Not on eBay.

It sounds like you have left a lot of negative feedback for others. They are well within their rights to block any buyer for any reason.
