Southwest Vacations Complaint - Wrong Hotel

I book my trip with south south west vacations because the hotel, airline ticket and rental car was inexspensive. I book one week prior to my trip. Two days later I get my internary in mail. It has the wrong hotel listed. I immediately called Southwest vacations. After being transferred to three different people I was told although it was their mistake due to its only days before my trip they can not change my hotel. I specifiacially gave the travel agent for Southwest my dates, hotel and location of hotel along with rental car prefference. I have tried to talk to someone. All I get its nothing we can do.

You can try faxing or emailing customer service with the possibility of them reinbursing you later. No thats no right. Its ashame that they claim nothing can be done. I am telling everyone I know don't book with Southwest. Althought their rates are econimical they are horrible. Even when its their fault.

Did you book through SouthwestVacations.com or did your travel agent book through them? From how your story reads I'm not sure which is the case. If you booked via a travel agent there may have been some miscommunication somewhere along the line and you may want to go back to them to find out what happened.

I'm sure another companies operates SW vacations. Its outsourced to a vendor and not directly related to SW airlines.
