Chevrolet, Optera Complaint - Bad Customer Services

I baught a Cheverolet optra in egypt and in the same day the automatic shifting box it was not working after 10 hours from the time I received the car and next day I called the call center from Cheverolet and the sent a truck to carry my new car to the service center and they told me to wait till they check it up and they informed me that the shifting box is broken because of industrial mistake and they gonna change it for free and I will receive the car after a week but I told them that I paid a lot to have a new car and I am not going to receive this car and I want replacement but they told me it's not possible to replace it. And after a week they called and said the car is ready but I informed them that I will not receive it and it's my right to replace the car in the first 14 days from the receipt issued date but they didn't care.

Today they called to ask me if the car working well with me after fixing it and I answered you still have my car. It's too long without car if you have paid for Chevy brand new. I hope someone can help me to replace it.

if you buy something and a part is broken they replace it, its not like returning a shirt. You have concerns but if they repaired the item your still getting a new car with a warranty.
