Air France Complaint - Air France and lost luggage twice in one trip!

Air France truly are useless. I went from Heathrow to Amsterdam (missed the connecting flight to SA because as usual the flight was late) then went from Amsterdam to CDG, then on to South Africa. I arrived in SA with no luggage, 4 days later it finally arrived. No compensation, nothing. Then 2 weeks later going back to the UK via CDG they managed to lose my luggage again!! This time it seems to be gone forever...all of my casual clothes, gifts from family, cosmetics, everything gone...do they care, well no I don't think they do. Trying to call them, you are stuck on hold for ages. I do eventually get through to a friendly Frenchman who enforms me that they don't know where my luggage is and I will just have to keep waiting. *sigh*.
