DirecTV Inc Complaint - A Little More About The Tech Treatment At Dtv
I am a dTV tech and to add to what another tech was saying aside from the work over load we get they also take money from us for not making a 40% quota on phone lines 3 bucks a receiver installed for a one month period. I was charged 163 bucks last month. Everything is going wireless so its harder to plug these things in so we are haveing hard earned money taken from us for reasons that are beyond our control. They also take money away if we are late to a customers house, well we work like 12 or 14 cities here in taxas and are all pretty spread out. So if they have us going 90 miles to one place and then 45 to another then 30 to another and then have to go back to the first city we started in of course we are going to be late there is only so much time in one day. Then if there receivers fail withen 90 days of us installing it we get charged $37.00 And we have nothing to do with building these things we just hook em up and the customer pays 50.00 For someone to come out and replace it. So dTV is getting 87.00 And profiting from a mistesk they made.
