Crown Ford Fayetteville, NC Complaint - Poor service after the sale

FAYETTEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA -- I bought a new 2011 Expedition on DEC 2010 on a FRI night so I was unable to get the vehicle washed at the time. However, I was promised that I could just call my salesman and bring it in when, I picked up the tag in two weeks. Well two weeks came and no tags. I tried calling my salesman but he was never in and never returned my calls. After five weeks the tag came and by this time the heated seat on the driver side had stopped working, so I drove to Crown to get the tag and have them look at the issue with the seat but the service department refused to look at it because it was past 1200hrs. Crown only cares about you up until they sell the car after that they treat you like crap.

was it a saturday when you took the vehicle back for the heated seat problem? Many dealerships service depts. won't take anything after 12pm.
