Dish Network Complaint - The Worst Company Ever
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. First off, the tech was late on the install so I had to leave before he was finished. When I came home the cable didn't work. I called dish and got bounced around from person to person cut off a few times until they sent the same guy back who had to leave because his battery in one of his tools died. The next day a different tech came out who was way better then the first guy and informed me that I had the wrong dish and box. When he called dish they told him that I would need to pay an additional 200 dollars for the new box, this brought my total for the whole install to 331 dollars. Who the hell pays 331 dollars for cable setup. I finally got fed up with the whole thing and told them to take everything down and refund my money. Then I was informed that it would take them 3 to 5 business days to get my money back yet when I made the payment it was taken out of my account the same day, I guess it takes longer to return money lol.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company, and I thought Verizon was bad
