Suddenlink Informative - Amount of Bill? - Cable, Phone, Internet, Monitoring System

All I ask is that I get a bill for the same amount at least two months in a row. That's all. Why is this so difficult? From a few dollars to enormous amounts, why does my bill differ just about every month? Why?

you have every right to be mad. often times the bills include unknown charges and 'other' fees.

do you have to pay for long distance?

When you called them and asked them why are bills different every month, what reason did they give?

Is someone ordering movies you may not know about? Could be many reasons, but more details would really be helpful.

I have the same problem since they bought out cablevision my bill hass gone up $30, none of the billing department can tell me why that is. On top of that when they changed our bill my online bill pay sent the original amount, and I got a late fee. They removed the late fee and just added it to this months bill. I'm definetly going to direct tv
