Grand Furniture Gallery Complaint - Grand Furniture No Show...Terrible Customer service
CARY, NC -- I purchased a 80 inch entertainment console from grandfurnituregallery.com in October and paid in full. After not having received the product, I began to call the company in December to simply inquire about when to expect the product. I made at least six phone calls and left messages and sent three emails to the company with no response. It is worth noting that at no time was I even the least bit rude when leaving voicemail or sending emails. My last email was On January 19th. I never received a response; however, the company refunded my money on January 20th without any contact or any explanation to me. I waited over three months for the furniture only to have them cancel the order and not even have the decency to call or email me to explain why. This sort of customer service says A LOT about a company.
