GOJANE Complaint - Do Not Purchase These Shoes!

Review by little lisa on 2011-01-22
ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA -- I bought sweater boots for my daughter from GOJANE online. What a disappointment. My daughter only got to wear the boots like three times. The boots had holes in the toe part after only three uses. She did not wear them in the rain or the snow. They were only a couple weeks old when I called the company. They would not do anything to help me. So much for customer service! I will never order boots from GOjane.com. I advise others not too as well. Waste of money!

Sweater boots ruin easily. They were all the rage here awhile back, and not the best choice of footwear in the winter.

What the heck are sweater boots? Doesn't sound very practical for the desert. Lol

They are knit boots, like a knit sweater, not a good choice for the rainy NW either, but some people just aren't rational, they're just plain "fashional."

Who's bright idea was it to make knit boots? I wouldn't wear those. My puppy would probably chew them up before I got a chance to wear them anyways.

I don't know whose idea it was to make them, I just know around here whose idea it was to buy them.

Sounds like something out of the Great Depression or WWII. "We need the materials for the war effort, people. Wrap your sweaters around your feet!"

Imagine what it must have been like to go through WWI, the GD, and WWII all in less than 30 years. Doesn't compare to the fuel shortage of the 70's, bad hair, fashion, automobile styling and music of the 80's and ??? of the 90's. Oh yeah, the 80's had Wham! too. Still not as bad as the Great Depression. Sweater boots would have been perfect for the 80's.

I had a pair of wraparound pants in the 80's, and it took a strong wind for me to figure out that you were supposed to tie them at the bottom so they would stay wrapped around.

*Holding in my giggle so Ript doesn't hear me*

I think PepperElf could knit us all a pair of those...

DB, if you hold in your giggle, it comes out as gas. That's another thing I learned.

Gas? I've never had that problem. I'm thinking Ejack should probably giggle more...huh?
