DirecTV Inc Complaint - Service Reps are not well trained
We signed up for DirecTV 7/1/10.We bundled with Quest and Verizon so it would qualify us for free HD and a discount. For the next few months we battled with them to no avail because they charged us for HD. Then last week I talked with a sales representative about up grading our standard receiver to an HD receiver. and was told it would be worth the $106.cost because as long as we had another HD DVR in another room we could still record on that one and watch it on the new one. What they refused to tell us after we installed it, we would have to get all additional wiring for another $199.It doesn`t pay to talk to Sales Reps because not one is trained to really help.
