Spirit Airlines Complaint - Luggage lost in both ways of the trip
I flew with Spirit from NY to Cancun and my luggage was lost in the way in and out of Cancun. I am a frequent flier and never had this experience in my life. And the worse thing is that, instead of refunding you for the luggage fee (over $30 each way) - since the luggage didn't arrive when it was supposed to, they give you a $25 voucher that I couldn't even use towards the luggage fee in the Cancun airport in my way back. In NY I was told I could have used it, but in Cancun they say you can't.
When I returned I sent an email asking for a refund of the luggage fee, and they told me that they couldn't do it. This is what I consider a very poor service airline.
