Amazon.com Complaint - Bad Experience - Delivery
This was not my first time ordering from Amazon. The first time I've ordered I received the package late, but I've decided to give a second chance as I needed the items. I placed the order on a Tuesday, and the charge did not go through until 2-days after and after several calls. My package was supposed to be delivered within 2 business day, which did not happen as they charge me on a Thursday, so I have to wait till Monday. I received an e-mail confirmation that the package was shipped and in transit. On Monday, I checked UPS online to track the package, and to my surprise Amazon issued a ticket but sent the package. I called Amazon and the representative said that it was not in their prominence, and the he couldn't do anything about it. But to send me a return label, so when I receive the package to send it back to Amazon. By that time I was really pissed off, so I told the guy that I wanted my money to be refunded to my account. Finally, he confessed that the package should be on the way to UPS or in their concessions department.
I can only assume that Amazon intentionally delay my package, as the shipping was free because I signed-up for Amazon Prime. I have read other reviews online, and I'm not the only one who has placed an order with free or low price shipping that this had happened. It's bad policy to delay orders on purpose, and completely unacceptable from a big company such as Amazon.
