QVC, Inc. Complaint - What has happened to QVC
1200 WILSON DR, PENNSYLVANIA -- The last time I tried to make a purchase from QVC, I was told that my account had been closed!No one EVER notified me to let me know what the problem was, why they closed my account. I called and was told that I could ONLY get information by writing to corporate, which I did twice, and they had no decency to respond. I have always had high regard for QVC, always bragged about my great purchases, and the GREAT customer service, and prompted many friends and relatives to give it a try. the hosts persuade to customers to at least try the merchandise, stressing the WONDERFUL 30 day no questions asked return policy, which is a great way to shop. However, DON'T believe it anymore. If you take advantage of the policy too many times, you will get cancelled! At least, that is what I am assuming has happened. After at least 15 years of purchases, this is the way they treat customers! I will certainly pass the word around about what has happened to me, with NO explanation! It's too bad for them, HSN is getting better every day.
