Sprint Complaint - I was the one who had to pay for their bad product and network
When I went back to Sprint after a few years, they promised they had a better network and a lot of towers and less calls would be dropped in the big city where the phones were to be used.
After a year I broke the contract and paid them for two phones on the same plan no longer to be used with them.
Same plan, two different exit payments to leave the service in which it was they who did not live up to their end of the bargain.
Calls dropped often, bad reception, the LG phone was not designed well for handling. Phone messages received the following day (no kidding).
I do not consider it a contract, it is extortion.
If I paid twice to leave the 'service', this should tell you something.
