All inclusive trip to Mexico - Complaint

I recently won an auction for an all-inclusive trip to Mexico through Skyauction. I was sent a flight option for approval, which I gave. A week later my card was charged and I was sent an email informing me that a different flight had been booked (as the original one was no longer available). The new flight had a 7 hour layover and I did not (nor would I have) approve it. Skyauction has yet to return any of my multiple emails regarding the matter. I will never use this company again and could not be more unhappy with the service.

I was checking that site out...they make it seem like a bargain until you see all the fees and taxes they add on.....and different destinations adds more surcharges and extra fees....hardly worth it.

Wow that site is pretty slick.....I was looking at a few hotel rooms, first bid 1 dollar...wow...good deal until you scroll down to find out there is 295 dollars added on in taxes and fees.
