Original Mattress Factory Informative - Twin SIze Box Spring
DOUGLASVILLE, GEORGIA -- I've called several times to no avail. Everytime I call the salesperson is busy with someone else and state that they will call me back. I've yet to get a call back.
I purchased 2 sets of Classic Luxury Firm Twin size mattress sets and one on the box springs has 'sunken' in. I purchased the sets back on January 14, 2001 and picked it up on January 16, 2001.
I want the box spring replaced. I want it taken care.
