Orbitz Complaint - Negative comment
On December 26th 2010 I received an email from Orbitz, saying my flight to San Francisco, Ca has been canceled, ( snow) I try to get an agent on the phone, all morning, all day. to see if I can reschedule my flight. No such luck. That day in New Jersey we were expecting a snow storm, therefore we went to Newark international liberty airport to the Continental desk for further information, showing the email I received from Orbitz about the flight cancellation. With disappointment and frustration the flight # 448 was in transit, and there was nothing available before December 31st. Orbitz, will not refund me the price of 4 tickets, They send me the wrong information, I will take with a lawyer, I will take them to court. Orbitz no more!!!!!
