Priceline.com Complaint - Very Bad Service!!!
I purchased a ticket with insurance in October for February, in December my plans changed and I call the Priceline to change the day or to cancel the flight, they told me they are not able to help me with it, they said that I have to call insurance company since I purchased insurance, I called the insurance company, they said I have to call us airways, i called them and again they said they are not responsible for my ticket and I have to call Priceline!!
I called again and again Priceline, asking to transfer me to the manager's line, but always got disconnected, very bad job, bad service, I lost my money, even calling the company many times!!!!
DO NOT BUY ANY TICKETS FROM PRICELINE.COM
