Did they replace you because you weren't able to work due to the accident? You can't fault them for that. Sounds like they're trying to fit you back in the schedule. Maybe it will just take some time to it straighten out.

It's perfectly legal in Florida as long as your pay rate does not change. If you are a full-time associate, you must be offered full-time hours, otherwise they can offer you work at any location. If you refuse the work assignment, you can be terminated for refusal of a work assignment. This will also affect you ability to receive unemployment benefits.
