Medco Complaint - Lost prescription - needed refill and they have no record of having filled the script
I had my script filled twice by Medco. I received a refill reminder and tried logging into the site and since I had changed insurance from mine to my husbands I needed to talk to a representative A month and a half ago the representative stated I had 2 accounts and that he would take the script off the old and add it to the new account (new insurance). Now 3 weeks later I called for a refill and they couldn't find that they had ever filled a script for me under my new or old account or that they even billed me ever (I received a refill reminder in my email from them and paid on credit card 6 weeks ago). I have to contact my doctor and get a new script for him to send to them. Fat chance that I will use them again. When I had my last script filled I had 2 insurances active and the representative told me that they couldn't bill both and I still had to pay the same amount.
I have no confidence in them and now that pharmacies are providing 90 day scripts for the same price, I will go somewhere close to home. I tried logging in to my account online and now my old information has been deleted after talking to their tech support so that the old RX number is no longer listed. (that's correct, I had the Rx number and they still couldn't find it)
