Dyson Complaint - DC 23 motorhead - split hose after 9 months
Contacted Dyson regarding a split hose and after waiting for over 2 weeks for delivery, of course they sent the hose for the Turbinehead not the motorhead. So had to call again and spent another 1/2 hour on hold/with representative and told her this was the wrong hose. She insisted it wasn't and now I need to go to a service center. I hate this machine. The old Electrolux canisters are so much better. The suction on this doesn't even compare and it's completely awkward to use, constantly tipping over (it's a canister machine). And to top it off their customer service is horrendous. So now I'll be without a vacuum for another couple of weeks so the service center can figure this out. For $600, this is a total waste of money. Don't Buy. Yes, I am completely frustrated!!
