Pizza Hut Randolph, MA Complaint - Lied About Delivery, Refused To Deliver Or Refund Money
RANDOLPH, MASSACHUSETTS -- This isn't the first time they've done this....Google other reviews.
I called Pizza Hut where I ordered and explained that I had ordered food over an hour ago and never received it. The manager insisted that a delivery person came and an "older gentleman" answered the door. I was the only person home all day. The manager said the delivery guy was paid in cash. Funny, because I paid by credit card. He later said it was a "young lady" who answered the door. HE WAS CLEARLY LYING. I asked him if the delivery guy went to the door and rang a bell but he wouldn't say. I asked if it was possible to redeliver. The manager said "once we deliver, we can't go back." The manager refused to deliver my food and would not refund my money. I have called corporate multiple times and continue to do so until I receive a call from the district manager. And I'm trying to get reimbursed through my card company...put some fire under someone.
I got a call from the Hyde Park store but DUH. My problem is with the one in Randolph. So we'll see what happens. I WILL get my money back. and I'm writing on every board about those scammers.
