Proscan / RCA Complaint - PROSCAN / RCA - TV

I purchased a 40 inch Proscan TV from Walmart.com, June 6, 2010.

This was my first flatscreen TV. Within 2 months the TV started giving me problems. By the first of October it would not turn on.
I have a year warranty.

A call to Proscan sent me to Sears repair service. A repair man came right out and told me the problem would be fixed within 2 weeks.

It is now Jan. 28 and I still have a broken TV. I have made numerous calls.. went to Walmart .. tried everything I know to get my TV fixed or replaced.
NOTHING.

I am very disappointed with the way this has been handled.
As a single mom on a very limited budget, I can not go out and purchase a new TV.

I had faith in RCA (manufacturers of ProScan) I trusted Walmart.

I have 3 phone numbers and when you call one.. they tell you to call the other.
I just do not get it.

I have no idea where to go from here, therefore I will email everyone I can find and post on complaint boards until someone can help me.

Superbowl Sunday is right around the corner.
