UnderArmour Complaint - Never AGAIN - Sports Clothing
I order their heat gear the first week in January for a race that I have outside on February the 12th. I figured over a month was plenty of time to receive all the items.
I received everything in pieces. First I got the sneakers. Then...2 weeks later, I got the pants, sports bra and hoodie. The artic headband was out of stock. They don't backorder so apprently I was NEVER getting this product and no one notified me. It's going to be in the 20's here on the race day and I need somthing to cover my ears. Someone should have contacted me.
The sports bra was not "true" to size and I had to send it back. They do not pay for shipping exchanges like some companies. I had to pay $8 to ship this bra back UPS. I need a bigger size. I filled out all the paperwork and sent it back last week. When I contacted them today, they had not received it. UPS website says they did. The man on the phone was rude to me and told me he would send a new one out in a bigger size if I need it quicker but the card would be charged again. He said once they received the bra that didn't fit..they would credit that back to my account.
I told them I am calling them back tomorrow with the tracking number. I am not putting another one on my card. They are returing this one and sending a new one.
This is the WORST company I have ever ordered from. I urge everyone to never shop online with them. If you love their products, look in the stores. You have a better chance of getting what you want that way.
I want to note that Zappo's is the best company to order from. Most of their stuff comes the next day. If you don't like it or it doesn't fit...they pay the shipping for you to send it back. Their staff is courteous. I even got a Christmas card from them.
