Bank of America Complaint - Worst Bank ever
I realize that banks need to keep their customers safe but do they really have to cancel your debt card without warning. They left me high and dry, trying to pay for groceries by cancelling my card. When I called, they said it was for my own protection. Well, how about a phone call or some notice! It's not like there was anything wrong with my account. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Why can't they keep the card open (and monitor it) until a new card is activated? Instead they just don't think nor care about the customer and they do what they want. I am also tired of all their fees. There are so many other options out there that do not charge all these extras. I am currently researching other bank so that I can make the switch by next week. Good luck if you stay a Bank of America customer!
