JBR Complaint - Don't Shop At JBR
I am writing to inform everyone who reads this of the cheap products this company stands by. I purchased a diamond bracelet for my girlfriend for her birthday. Two weeks after her receiving it a diamond had falling out. So we went back and they gave us the same bracelet just a new one. Two months later same thing. We go back they say paper work was not done the first time so they gave us another new one and filed the paper work on the return. Two weeks after that, the clasp that holds it on broke. We returned to the store to see what can be done. The only two options were the same bracelet or to pay more money for a bigger one. Are these people crazy. I don't want the piece of **** I have. And they think I want to spend more money with this company.
I just want my money back. It has been about 100 days of my first purchase so my money back guarantee is void even though I have been given three brand new bracelets. And let it be known my girlfriend is a hair stylist so there is no exuberant amounts of strain on the bracelet. And let the record show I did not buy the cheap bracelet I spent almost 2,000 on it.
