Sears/Kenmore Appliances Service/Repair Complaint - Worst Repair and Customer Service Ever - Sears/Kenmore - stay away from these folks
Bought a new Kenmore front-loading washing machine 2 years ago. The $85.00 rubber gasket is already torn. I called for repair -- after waiting the entire 4-hour "window", no one showed up OR even called. When I rescheduled the SAME THING happened an unbelievable two more times. Finally, after now missing work 12 hours (!!!) for the "fourth" appointment they showed up after SIX HOURS ( in the "four hour window") -- NO APOLOGIES.
On the phone I suggested, after the third "no show" that I should get a free repair and they "agreed" -- But that was NOT THE CASE. I have written, called, send e-mail and FAX to anyone in authority I could find -- still awaiting a response. This formerly great company is HORRIBLE
