Family Furniture Store Complaint - Defected Dinning Room Set

2390 IVERSON STREET, MARYLAND -- On JANUARY 4, 20011, I PURCHASE A DINNING ROOM SET (cash), ON JANUARY 8TH IT WAS DELIVERY TO ME. ON THE 8TH ONE SCREW CAME OUT. ON THE 11TH SOMEONE CAME OUT TO PUT THE SCREW BACK IN THE CHAIR. ON JANUARY 22ND TWO SCREW'S CAME OUT OF ANOTHER CHAIR., THEN ON THE 25TH, MR. JOHN N CAME OUT TO FIX THE CHAIR HE SAID THE SCREW'S ARE TO SMALL AND ALL HE HAD WAS FOUR SCREW'S SO HE FIXED THAT ONE CHAIR, HE SAID HE HAD TO TAKE THE REPORT BACK IN AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO ORDER THE SCREW'S. I SPOKE WITH MS. CARTER AND SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD HAVE THE SCREW'S IN THAT NIGHT (25TH) AND SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT TO MY HOME ON THE 27TH, WHICH NO ONE SHOWED. SO I CALL THE COMMPANY BACK AND SPOKE WITH VALIVER AND SHE TOLD ME THAT IT DOESN'T WORK I THAT. THEY HAVE TO ORDER THE SCREW'S THEN CALL ME BACK TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT, SHE DID SAY THAT THEY ONLY HAD 6 SCREW'S. I KNOW I CAN NOT GET A REFUND BECAUSE IT'S THE STORE POLICY.

I WOULD LIKE SOME HELP WITH MY FURNITURE. BECAUSE THE FURNITURE IS DEFECTED AND THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW.

I CALLED MR. MAXWELL ON JANUARY 29TH AND HE TOLD ME THAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS CLOSE AND IT'S NOTHING HE CAN DO UNTIL MONDAY 31ST.
