Emilio finatti's Complaint - Worst customer service ever!

WHITE ROCK, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- I agree wholeheartedly with the other complaint about Emilio Finatti's-rotten service is right! rotten pizza a few months back after months of great ones-so sad! pizza was cold and took over an hour and very expensive-crust was hard as rocks and we threw it out. this past month we ordered for a pick-up-the guy on the phone said 20 minutes. we gotr up there in 20 minutes-he said it wasn't ready-another 10-15 minutes, so we went for a walk. came back and still not ready so sat down and waited....and waited....and waited... finally after an hour we asked again and the guy said it would be another few minutes-ALMOST READY!! after 15 minutes we asked and was finally told that they ran out of ingredients and hadn't yet started our pizzas. we left, starving and disgusted... the guy came outside and offered us 15% off-we simply drove away... their arrogance and crappy customer service skills will be their downfall as at one time we would pass out menus to people we knew or newcomers to our building. now we are simply telling EVRYOBNE we can find how rotten it is!!

Sometimes the food is worth the wait. Obviously not on this occasion. Good review!

We had an incident once when the Papa Murphy's in Centralia had run out of onions. We bought a bag of onions at Safeway and took to them, more as a gag than anything else. Turns out they were out of almost everything. The wait while one of the employees made a produce run was well worth it. that was the one and only time we have had a problem with this Papa.
