Ashley Furniture Complaint - Don't shop at Ashley Furniture--Poor Service
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- On entering Ashley Furniture, everything looked really nice and the sales people were very friendly. Buyers beware it's all a sham. After ordering my wall unit in December 15th 2010, I never received the unit until January 28, 2011 and it was missing the left side. The sales man assured me the item was in stock, it was never in stock they had me on back order. Ashley customer service will call and state it will be delivered on a certain date;however, on the next day I will get another call stating they will not be able to deliver on the promised date because the furniture is not at the warehouse. Buyers be aware this craziness went on for weeks. I was out of mind and finally when I recevied my wall unit the left pier shelf was missing. Now, I am waiting on the left side to be delivered. Their customer service is the worse and their sales people are very dishonest. I will never shop at Ashley Furniture. I am planning to report them to BBB. It was the worse shopping experience I ever had in my entire life. Thumbs down Ashley Furniture!!! POOR POOR SERVICE!! Need more training in customer service. Need more training in allocating their stocks/supplies.
