Comcast Corporation Complaint - Comcast is the Worst!!
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- In 2010 we had Comcast cancel are service 8 time's even though we made are payment's on time because of error's on their system. And BEWARE because they try to charge us for the reconnection fee every time they disconnected even though if was their fault. We talk to their rep's and had them tell us that if was their fault for the disconnection and that we weren't going to be charged for it but they scammed us and charged us for it, it took nine month's for them to finally admit they were at fault, even though by then they had disconnected are service for month's. Are compensation for them being at fault and disconnecting are service for month's even we had already paid for it was $12.00.
We had to have the last three time's the technician came to connect our phone and internet back up to return three time's because the service was not correct. the first time the phone was not working, the second time the internet was not working, and the third time the service was accidentally cancelled again. Not to mention they have the worst customer service ever, we had their rep's hang up on us a couple of time's.
I had the worst experience with Comcast or ****cast. I would definitely recommend anyone not to deal with them.
I made a oath to never give them business and aware everyone I know about the scam this company is.
