Verizon Wireless Complaint - Early Cancellation Fee
I have two cell phones I no longer need one so since it is to expensive 92$ a month for two phones I tried to change my plan to a one phone senior program. They refused it and offered me a saving of 10$ for two phones. That still leaves me a bill of over 80$ as a senior on a limited income, that's impossible. They also told me if I cancel one phone it be 140$ and two phones cancelled it be 290$.
If they think that is customer service there nuts. I even offered to return one or both phones they told me they don't accept used phones but they advertise refurbished phones on there website. I would never deal with this cold hearted people again.
