Arrigo Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep Complaint - Service

WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA -- I had a 2004 PT Cruiser in for service six times because of an idle flucuation problem. This delaership had Techincal Service Bulletins from Chrysler on this complaint and only did part of the work Chrysler recommended. The problem was never fixed and they finally told me it isn't their problem it is Chryslers problem. Chrysler made the product let them fix it!

Arrigo doesn't back up the product that they sell. Buyers stay away because your car might not get fixed and no one will help you.

Too bad you don't live in Virginia. I've heard there are some great Chrysler dealers in the "Fredsburg" area, right TZ?

I couldn't agree more with this review. I leased a Dodge Durango and have had nothing but problems. The dealership kept blaming the weather for the delay in getting parts in order to service my vehicle. It took weeks to get parts for major safety problems, most importantly the airbag was defective. I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor take my vehicle back for service.
