RVCool.com Complaint - Refrigerator Cooling Units
WOOSTER, ALASKA -- I RECOMMEND YOU NOT DO BUSINESS HERE
We made an error in buying the wrong unit. (Last time we ordered from him the unit quit working after one week) All the jerk on the other end of the phone could do was scream f...this and f...that ect..He was totally unprovoked. He definitely is not professional. I am going to investigate if he is the owner. I am not sure what is wrong with him but can see how he couldn't get a job somewhere else with his bad behavior! He sent an email later where he puts himself into words, with his own, which you will find below:
I had to laugh at the Valued Customer part!
Dear Valued Customer,
Attached is your original email and the purchase agreement that you signed and sent back to us clearly indicating that you placed an order for a Dometic RM3601. We sent you exactly what you ordered. Your complaint this morning when you got rude and belligerent was that we send you the wrong unit and this is clearly proof with your signature that you are wrong and just aren't man enough to admit it. This is the same problem I had with you years ago and this is the reason I had her get this agreement signed by you. You owe me and Stacey an apology for you words and behavior if you want any further contact with us. We will not accept a return from you nor will we give you a refund, as the agreement said "all sales are final"! If you would have been somewhat civilized this morning I might have been more prone to help you.
Just to show I am a better person than you I will send you the corrected unit RM3801 if you agree to pay freight both ways and pay a restocking fee of 25% to return the unit RM3601 you purchased incorrectly. But since you were a complete retard on the phone I really don't have to make an attempt to help you, and I won't do it for free like last time.
