Air France Complaint - Missing luggage from 28th of december 2010 and its now the 1st of feb 2010 still no sig - bag lost

Crackin up over month now with stil no luggage its a joke air franc doesn't care an didn't want to help me at all haven't heard anythin from them at all
i had to spend my holiday wif out my bags its wasn't fun had to go an buy more clothes an Christmas gifts was on the fone all the time an as put on hold
will never ever travelle with Air France again

It pays to have traveller's insurance. Don't give up, get proactive, and save the receipts for the replacement purchases you made.
