Every time I order ink for my Epson printer, they send it via FedEx, and every single time there has been a problem. FedEx has delivered it to the wrong address twice, made excuses about why they couldn't deliver it due to bad weather another time (there happened to be a FedEx truck driving by while I was on the phone, so that was a lie), and this time, they tried to deliver it to a different address, then just dropped it at the rental office. Unfortunately, I guess I'll be ordering my Epson ink from NewEgg or another vendor, and believe me, I'll make sure they don't ship with FedEx!
